Prayer for Salvation
If you have not made Jesus the Lord of your life, here is an opportunity to begin a new life in Christ. Please open your mouth and repeat the following prayer:
Father I come to you in the Name of Jesus. According to Acts 2:21, whosoever shall call on the Name of the Lord shall be saved. I am calling on You now. I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life. According to Romans 10:9,10: If thou shalt confess with thou mouth and believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Father, I confess that Jesus is Lord and I believe in my heart that God hath raised Him from the dead. Therefore I am saved! I am born-again!
What Took Place…
This is what took place the moment you made Jesus the Lord of your life:
- Your sins were forgiven (Colossians 1:14)
- You became a child of God (John 1:12)
- You became an heir to all of Abraham’s blessings (Romans 8:16-17)
- You now possess everlasting life in Christ Jesus the Anointed One
(1 John 5:12-13)
What’s Next…
To begin your new life in Christ:
- Read your bible daily to develop a personal relationship with your heavenly Father. (2 Timothy 2:15)
- Talk to God in prayer every day. (Jeremiah 33:3 & 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18)
- Join a church where the word is being taught. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you in this area. Become an active member in church.

- Be baptized. (Acts 8:36-39 & Mark 16:16)
- Ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues. (Acts 19:1-6 & Luke 11:9-13)
